These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Shinecraft Services website and the services we provide. By using this site, requesting an estimate, or hiring us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
1. About Us
Shinecraft Services provides residential and commercial pressure washing services. We are licensed and insured, and we perform work only within our service area and within the scope of our license.
2. Use of This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to interfere with the site's operation, gain unauthorized access to any system, scrape or copy content for competing commercial use, or submit false or misleading information through our forms.
3. Estimates and Quotes
Prices shown on this website are starting prices for typical jobs and are not a binding offer. Final pricing depends on size, surface condition, accessibility, materials, and project complexity.
- Estimates are free and carry no obligation.
- Quotes given without an on-site inspection are preliminary and may be adjusted after we see the property.
- Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
- Any change in scope requested after work begins may change the price. We will tell you before performing additional work.
4. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Weather
We schedule appointments in good faith and confirm them in advance. Pressure washing is weather-dependent; we may reschedule for rain, freezing temperatures, or high wind, and we will contact you as early as possible when that happens.
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated same-day cancellations or lockouts that prevent us from starting a scheduled job may result in a trip charge.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To allow us to work safely and efficiently, you agree to:
- Provide access to the property and any gates, and secure pets during the visit
- Provide access to a working outdoor water spigot and electrical outlet where needed, unless arranged otherwise in advance
- Move vehicles, patio furniture, planters, and personal items away from work areas
- Close and secure all windows, doors, and exterior openings before pressure washing
- Tell us in advance about known defects such as damaged siding, failing paint, loose trim, leaking windows, rotted wood, faulty wiring, or prior repairs
- Confirm you own the property or are authorized to approve the work
6. Pre-Existing Conditions and Limits of Cleaning
Cleaning restores surfaces; it does not repair them. Some conditions cannot be fully corrected and are not defects in our work, including permanent staining, oxidation, etching, efflorescence, artillery fungus, weathered or failing paint, faded surfaces, and damage that existed before our visit. We will tell you when we believe a result will be limited, and we photograph pre-existing damage when we notice it.
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, including water intrusion through failing seals, unsealed openings, damaged siding, or improperly installed materials.
7. Payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is due in full when the job is complete. We accept cash, check, and major credit and debit cards. Deposits may be required on larger projects or on jobs requiring special-order materials. Returned checks and past-due balances may incur reasonable fees and interest permitted by law, plus collection costs.
8. Satisfaction and Warranty
If you are not satisfied with our work, notify us within 48 hours of completion and we will return to re-clean the affected area at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover normal wear, damage by others, acts of nature, or the natural re-soiling of cleaned surfaces over time.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of income, or damage to items that were not moved or disclosed as required in Section 5.
10. Photos and Marketing
We may photograph work areas before and after service for quality records and marketing. Photos will not identify your address or personal information. If you prefer that we not use images of your property in marketing, tell us and we will honor that request.
11. Reviews and Testimonials
Reviews shown on our website reflect the experiences of individual customers. Results vary by property, surface, and condition, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, layout, graphics, and the Shinecraft Services name and logo, is our property or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website uses third-party tools, including an embedded estimate request form and map services. Those tools are governed by their providers' own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.
14. Communications Consent
By providing your phone number or email, you consent to be contacted by phone, text, or email regarding your request, estimate, or scheduled service. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
15. Dispute Resolution
If a problem arises, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly with a phone call. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, these Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the exclusive venue for any action is the state or federal courts located in the Florida county where the services were performed.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always posted on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website or our services after changes are posted means you accept them.
